Extensively tested for quality and performance

Hypro Marine are continually developing new products and improving existing products where possible with the latest machining techniques and material specifications.

Changes in boat specs occasionally result in the need to modify existing products to suit the change and these are carried out swiftly and efficiently to ensure the minimum amount of disruption to a production boat line.

New products are extensively tested prior to entering production to ensure they meet their specific design requirements and maintain the Hypro Marine reputation for quality and performance.

Recent contracts such as the RNLI Tamar Class of offshore lifeboat have kept the R & D Department occupied on and off for in excess of three years, developing and prototyping the custom products that were required to fulfil their requirements.

Recent new developments have been the 12/24v DC power pack driven power steering systems which have proved to be a popular addition resulting in the introduction of a larger version that is going through the final stages of development testing and being prepared for production.

There are many other projects currently in the pipeline and news of these will be announced as and when they become active.
